At Movement Strength Studios, we empower women through small group training and online programs, tailored to build strength, confidence, and energy - with consistency. ​

 

Everything we do at Movement is grounded in evidence-based training principles and behaviour change psychology, 

That means your workouts are programmed to improve strength, body composition, health and fitness safely & effectively, while the way we coach and support helps you create habits that actually stick.

Meeting you where you're at

We run small-group personal training, which means you’re coached as an individual within a supportive group environment.

No matter your age, stage or fitness level!

In sessions, we:

  • Coach your movement and technique so you feel confident in your body & move safely

  • Help you choose weights, progressions, and regressions that suit you

  • Support and encourage you


Outside of sessions, we:

  • Provide guidance around nutrition, recovery, and behaviour change

  • Create structure that makes consistency easier (training becomes an appointment, not a decision)

  • Offer ongoing support so you’re not trying to figure it all out alone

Meet the team

Movement  is owned and led by Amelia (left), alongside Coach Nicolene (right) — two coaches & mum's who share the same values around creating a space where women feel genuinely supported on their health & fitness journey.

Both are qualified Personal Trainers, Pre & Post Natal coaches, with Amelia holding an additional certification in Boxing for Fitness and Nicolene a Women Specific Coaching certificate. 

Amelia brings an upbeat, motivating energy to sessions, helping women build confidence, momentum, and belief in what their bodies are capable of. Her coaching is grounded in science and habit psychology, with a strong focus on building consistency that fits real life — not perfect plans.

Nicolene brings a calm, nurturing presence, with a real gift for making people feel seen, comfortable, and like they truly belong. Her coaching style is thoughtful and reassuring, supporting women to move well, feel confident, and progress safely at their own pace.

Together, Amelia and Nicolene lead sessions with care, intention, and a shared focus on long-term progress.

Uplift

Build muscle, strength & confidence in our full-body weight sessions with an emphasis on technique, form, and steady progression.

core restore

A slower-paced session focused on breath work, core strength, stability, mobility, and recovery.​

hybrid

Your choice of strength, conditioning or the best of both worlds.
Ideal to get that 3rd strength training session in for the week or for a cardio hit!

knockout

A boxing and mixed martial arts–inspired session that builds fitness & coordination.
High-energy, empowering, and stress-releasing!
